• Money mindset assessments and reports

• Group programs and workshops
• One-on-one coaching sessions

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Use our services for lawful purposes only
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Participate in coaching sessions with good faith effort

Payment and Refunds

Payment terms and refund policies:

• All fees are due at the time of service booking
• Refunds may be available within 30 days of purchase
• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through our services remain the property of Trevor Maloney Coaching. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Trevor Maloney Coaching provides coaching services for educational and developmental purposes. We do not guarantee specific business results and are not liable for any business decisions made based on our coaching or advice.

Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, access to exclusive materials and ongoing support will cease.
